It seems that our Congress and FDA people are being purchased like Facebook's Farm-cash units in order to get their way. Pretty soon, they'll be trying to say science isn't real because Jesus said so and sugar is anything they can make taste sweet.  All the introduction of different terminology is allowing these corporation to poison our children and neighbors for the sake a a fucking Buck! It would be JUST as profitable to make the God-dammed product natural and healthy, It would just mean that they could not play their power chips of buying individuals and their votes for their schemes. Maybe Sadism Prostitution Houses should be opened outside of these Corporation headquarters so that when they feel like controlling someone, they can just go across the street and beat the shit out of some willing prostitute, preferably some other corporation heads daughter, and get their rocks off!

Here are some facts.... which name changing of our foods and chemicals have allowed travesties to happen.

FAT, is an ANIMAL byproduct and always was. Until the advent of information labels on our foods, this was the common term for it. The FDA allowed producers to use the word FAT for vegetable oils, which were termed Polyunsaturated OILS and Poly-saturated OILS (even our spell check was changed). Corn oil soon followed into the market margarine coolers, NEXT to the butter, which was deemed POLY-SATURATED FAT (Duh!, its made from animal?)
Low fat soon was placed on our labels misleading us to think anything vegetable was good for you. Low FAT vegetable soup. FUCKING IDIOTS, they thought we were, they didn't pay attention in school, so we can slip this by them. Unfortunately, I Did. And the one thing that irks me, is being thought of as an Idiot.

Well, I have the solution for the problem.....
Boycott any of the products that come on this list, and soon you will find yourself shopping a pretty constant food list like my family does. We are healthy and only get sick when we see DUMBSHIT happening.

I no longer buy anything with CORN XXXX attached to the label, even tortilla chips, just in case.
If it has SUGAR its OK, and like all things real, moderation works here. Seriously, 15 calories per tea spoon  ( http://whatscookingamerica.net/Sugar.htm )
Fat, is animal byproduct... I make MY OWN, so when i eat OILS, i make sure they're Polyunsaturated.
I used Butter as a glider for my white egg roll and accept that it is entering my body, but it tastes SO GOOD... Half of pat is more than enough and most is left behind.
Margarine is a NO-NO.... I don't care what Captain Kirk says, It JUST CANT be good for you ,,,AT ALL!!!! Use it on you bicycle chain instead, and you will see why.... Also, try it with butter and you will see why it isn't so bad for you. (here is a hint... the latter, the chain rusts, which means it can be metabolized.)
And as far as protein goes, DON'T believe they ANTI SOY market,,,, a dairy Investor has purchased the anti soy scientist when he say milk and beef sales drop. Think about it, the Japanese and Chinese have eaten this for 5 thousand years, and they're alive, Smart, and healthy (till the last century, when McDonald's arrived). So what the fuck is the POISON SOY shit talking about?

Read the ingredients and for heaven's sake, if you CANT cook, at least learn how it is done, and if you see something you know cannot be done in a regular kitchen, then by all means, DON'T FUCKING EAT IT!!!!
