I just read the ingredients in oat Blenders. A malt'0' Meal brand. It has the ingredients that a sugary cereal SHOULD have, for the exception of a small amount of Corn Syrup(and not because it is corn syrup, but because the FDA has allowed the name change, so I am uncertain if it really is all natural corn syrup{made from rotting corn} or the highly processed poison that even the bees say, "Damn, dude!") I approve. One regular size bowl satiated me within the amount of time it took to eat. Another satiating sugar food, which is the whole point of this, is a Pepsi throwback. made with "real" sugar, it reads. and guess what. One 12oz can actually hits the spot HALFWAY through it. I mean, Isn't that the point?
We are creatures of energy intake in the form of vegetation and animal. While I cannot be for one of the other, because they both work, I can be against man made facsimiles of foods that are actually endangering evolution of our species by creating a rank gene pool and failures at the rate that we are now competing with insects. Within 40 years they can adapt to a change in the environment. We, within 40 years can change what is to be normal (less than 10% body fat and slender looks at a young age, to 40% or more body fat with failing organs and blood diseases that cannot even be figured out, while creating malnourished children in a nation that has overabundance of food to the point we eject it from our plates without a thought into the trash. Some of us go as far as not even letting our dog eat it because they fear its bad for them. SINCE when?
The animals have been with us for over 25 thousand years and whats good for us is good for them. This is how we kept them and us alive.
now we have to be careful what THEY eat, but not US?
have a teaspoon of sugar.....
its only 15 calories. yes, you read correctly
15......
amen
